Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Sourcinglink collects when you visit this website or buy something from us, how we use it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

Sourcinglink is a registered business name of The Trustee for The BizLyfe Trust (ABN 38 170 462 848), which operates this website. We source and sell both digital and physical products. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Sourcinglink, and “you” means anyone visiting the site or buying from us.

If you have a question about anything here, email us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you buy something: your email address, your name if you give it, the country your payment came from, and a record of what you bought and when. If you order a physical product, we also collect the delivery address and any delivery instructions you give us.

When you ask to hear from us: your email address, and whether you asked to be told when new products open.

When you contact us, or use a form or an account on this site: your email address, your name and business details if you give them, and whatever you put in the message.

Automatically, when you visit: standard web server information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the site you arrived from.

What we never collect

We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches our website or our systems. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, the last four digits of the card, and the country it was issued in.

Why we use it

  • To deliver what you bought and to send you the download link and your receipt.
  • To answer you when you contact us or request a refund.
  • To tell you about new products, but only if you asked us to. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
  • To keep the site working and secure.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (delivering your purchase), your consent (marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time), our legitimate interests (running and securing the site), and our legal obligations (tax records).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we never will.

We use the following service providers, and each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

  • Stripe processes payments. Stripe is the payment processor and we are the merchant. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Beacons hosts our online store and delivers digital files to buyers. See the Beacons Privacy Policy.
  • Our web host stores and serves this website.
  • Our email provider sends the emails we send you.
  • Delivery carriers, where you have ordered a physical product. They receive your name, delivery address and contact details, and nothing else.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Where your information goes

Some of our service providers are located overseas, including in the United States. That means your personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia. We only use providers that publish a privacy policy and that commit to protecting the information they handle.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase and transaction records for seven years, because Australian tax law requires it. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep general enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with the matter.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you,
  • correct anything that is wrong,
  • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it,
  • stop sending you marketing, which you can also do yourself using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to receive your information in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

If you are in Australia and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function. Our store and payment providers set their own cookies when you use them, which are governed by their privacy policies linked above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working if you do.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including using reputable providers, keeping our software current, and limiting who can access customer records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so on this page.
