Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy something from Sourcinglink. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
Sourcinglink is a registered business name of The Trustee for The BizLyfe Trust (ABN 38 170 462 848). We source and sell both digital and physical products. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Sourcinglink, “you” means the person buying, and “product” means whatever you are buying from us, digital or physical.
What you are buying
The product page tells you what you are getting. It states what is included, the price, the currency, and for physical items the delivery cost and expected delivery time. If the product page and these terms ever disagree, the product page wins on the specifics of that product.
Digital products are delivered as files you download. Nothing is shipped. You need a device that can open the file type stated on the product page, and an email address we can send the link to.
Physical products are shipped to the address you give us at checkout.
Price and payment
The currency is shown on the product page and again at checkout. Some of our products are priced in United States dollars and some in Australian dollars. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee. That fee is between you and your bank, and we receive no part of it.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your purchase will appear on your statement as SOURCINGLINK.
Delivery
Digital products: your download link is emailed as soon as payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] and we will send it again. Do not buy a second copy.
Physical products: we dispatch to the address you gave at checkout, within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees, because the carrier controls the delivery. Check your address before you confirm the order, as we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
If you are ordering from outside Australia, your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees on arrival. Those are set by your government, they are payable by you, and they are not included in the price you paid us.
Risk in a physical product passes to you on delivery.
What you may and may not do with a digital product
When you buy a digital product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may read it, print a copy for yourself, and keep it on your own devices.
You may not resell it, share it, upload it anywhere, distribute it, or reproduce it for anyone else. You may not use it to train an automated system, or reproduce substantial parts of it in your own materials.
We keep the copyright and all other intellectual property rights. Nothing here transfers them to you.
Refunds, returns and guarantees
Any guarantee we offer on a product is stated on that product’s page, and it applies in addition to your legal rights, never instead of them.
Our digital products currently carry a 30 day guarantee. If the product is not for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you keep the file.
For physical products, email us before returning anything so we can tell you where to send it and confirm what we will cover. Where a product has a problem, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and are set out below.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Depending on your bank it can take up to ten business days to appear. If your payment was converted from another currency, the amount returned may differ slightly from the amount you paid, because the exchange rate moves. That difference is your bank’s conversion, not a deduction by us.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or changes those guarantees, and any part of these terms that tried to would have no effect.
Among other things, that means what you buy must match its description, be of acceptable quality, and be fit for the purpose it is sold for. If there is a major problem, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair or replace it instead.
Information products
Some of what we sell is information: guides, manuals and similar material. Information products are general information only. They are not professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Each product carries its own guidance on how to use it safely and when to seek professional help. Please read it and follow it.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from information we publish, because outcomes depend on circumstances we do not control.
Our liability
Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Availability
We try to keep this site and our store available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, withdraw or stop offering a product at any time. If we withdraw a product you have already bought, what you bought and your rights under these terms are unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. The date at the top shows when this version was published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection available to you under the consumer law of the country you live in.
